The Reverend Steven King, SMSgt, USAF, Ret. has been the pastor here at Bethel since 2010. After serving 28 years in the US Air Force, SMSgt (E-8) King retired in 2007 and completed his final year of Seminary earning his Master of Divinity (MDiv) degree. He completed his internship at Augsburg Lutheran church, Winston Salem, and was called to Bethel in early 2010. Additionally, Pastor Steve also serves as the Dean of the Southern Piedmont Mission District Dean of the Carolinas Mission Region.
